Hello and welcome! I’m Angela Watts, a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor based in the beautiful Colorado Rockies and vibrant Denver. With a focus on alignment principles and trauma-informed yoga, my mission is to help you find balance, peace, and strength through the transformative power of yoga.

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher

 

I embarked on my yoga journey years ago, discovering not just a physical practice but a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. In 2022, I achieved a significant milestone by becoming an RYT-500 registered yoga teacher through the esteemed Yoga Alliance.

My training is rooted in alignment principles, ensuring that every pose you practice is safe, effective, and beneficial. I also specialize in trauma-informed yoga, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for all students, especially those who have experienced trauma. This approach emphasizes safety, empowerment, and self-awareness, allowing you to explore yoga at your own pace and comfort level.

My classes are designed to be friendly and informative, offering guidance and support to help you deepen your practice.
